As of the moment I’m writing this, I am a 23 year old about to complete my biology degree and extended French minor from SFU.
With graduation right around the corner, this is the first time in my life since I began school that I have no idea what I’ll be doing come September. In the past i have spent my summers working with injured and orphaned wildlife or going off to places like Haida Gwaii or Panama to gain field skills by doing data collections.
Throughout the summers I’ve always known come September I’d find myself back at school and in class and for the first time, I know this is not the case.
I’m curious to see where being a bilingual biologist will take me as I start on this foreign adventure where my life is quickly about to become unpredictable.
PS. Hi, I’m Selina, it’s nice to meet you!
